Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Kaftan House, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our Moroccan Kaftans. Each piece is carefully made and inspected before shipment. We understand, however, that you may occasionally wish to exchange or return an item. Please review our policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Have all original tags, packaging, and protective covers intact.
- Be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Please note: Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and production reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Customized or made-to-measure kaftans.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Accessories (if applicable).
These items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
We’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability). Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, while Kaftan House will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we can issue store credit for future purchases.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
5. Return Shipping
All returns must be sent to our warehouse address, which will be provided once your return request is approved. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
For international orders, we recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund.
7. Custom Orders
All custom-made or made-to-measure kaftans are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
8. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at info@kaftanhouse.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
